In 2013, a simple thought changed everything. While traveling to Poland with my young son, I couldn’t help but notice the vast solar farms across the landscape.

I kept asking myself: Why don’t we have solar in Quebec?

Determined to find answers, I dove into in-depth research and quickly realized Quebec had enormous solar potential. To gain hands-on expertise, I trained in Ontario, where the solar industry was already thriving under the FIT program.

After completing my studies, an instructor recognized my passion and invited me to join his team. Working on real-world solar installations, I saw firsthand how renewable energy could transform homes and businesses.

This was the moment Quebec Solar was born—with a clear mission: to make solar energy accessible, reliable, and hassle-free for Quebecers.

I started in a shared office in the Old Port of Montreal, surrounded by ambitious startups and creative minds. As the business grew, I realized I needed a strong local partner. My lifelong friend, Maxime, was also looking for a new professional challenge, and together, we built the foundation of Quebec Solar.

Fast-forward 10 years, we’ve completed countless residential and commercial projects, helping homeowners and businesses take control of their energy future. Today, Quebec Solar stands as a pillar in the solar energy field, committed to bringing clean, independent power to our province.
